To place an order, add your items to your cart and proceed to checkout. If you have any questions or would like to inquire about additional items not listed on our website, please call (256) 232-8456 during our business hours and ask for showroom or bridal. Our professional staff will be happy to help you. After your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with your order number and details.


If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you as soon as we can to get it resolved.


Payment


We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. If you are having difficulty with our payment system, please call us at (256) 232-8456 or email at [email protected], and we will fix the problem as soon as possible.


Shipping

Additionally, if you wish to order an item that is out of stock, it maybe be possible for us to offer drop shipping directly from the vendor. Call us at (256) 232-8456 for more information, preferably before making an order. Please be aware there may be an additional shipping charge for this service.


We also offer In-Store pickup for our local customers and our brides. You may select this option on checkout. However, we are required by law to charge local sales tax. If sales tax is not charged on checkout, local sales tax is still applicable. Please call us if you have any questions or concerns about local and state sales tax. Local and state sales tax applies to all shipments within the state of Alabama.


We try very hard to ensure the shipping charges and sales taxes are correct. If we need to make any changes to your order, we assure you that we will contact you first and let you decide what to do. You can request changes to your order prior to shipment by emailing or calling us. If there are changes, please be aware that the new total may be different than the one on your confirmation email. You may choose to cancel the order before shipping.


Product Pricing & Availability


We make every effort to ensure our prices and inventory are correct. However, despite our best strides, sometimes an item maybe actually be out of stock or our prices may be out of date.


If it happens that the item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or email. If the item is still produced by the manufacturer, you may choose to place a special order or cancel if you prefer. Please be aware there could be a wait of between 4 to 8 weeks for us to receive the item and ship to you.


If our online price is incorrect, we will notify you and let you decide if you want to pay the correct price or cancel your order.

In addition to our wide variety of high quality jewelry, dinnerware, and gifts, we also offer the following services:


  • Bridal Registry: At Shealeigh's, we want to make your big day as special as possible. To do so, we offer a Bridal Registry service to our brides. Come in for your unique consultation with our experienced professionals to find the perfect china, gifts, and other items. Our registrars will then create your specialized Bridal Registry and make a place setting in store for family and friends to see. Since our service is extremely personalized, we ask that brides do not make their own Wish Lists for their registries. If you have any questions, please call us at (256) 232-8456. Bridal Registries on our site can be searched for here. Please note that because of the number of brides we serve, there may be some delay in putting registries online. Also, not all items are available on the website.
  • Gift Certificates: We offer Shealeigh's Gift cards both in store and online.
  • Gift Wrapping: All bridal gifts receive complimentary gift wrapping unless requested otherwise.
  • Furniture, Rugs, and Lighting: These larger products are available through our MEWS Lighting & Bath division. Please call us at (256) 232-8456 for help purchasing furniture and rugs.
